He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Francis and Lorena Stalter Francis; his brother Ron Francis; and his son Terry Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Linda Francis of Wilsey, KS; his children, Brad Francis (Maureen) of Idaho Falls, ID, Jana Meadows (Randy) of Clovis, CA, Scott Francis (Stacey) of Idaho Falls, ID and Brian Barnes (Cindy) of Bates City, MO; his siblings, Ken Francis (Vickey) of Trinity, FL and Karen Lee (Steve) of Council Grove, KS; and his sister-in-law Vicki Francis of Topeka. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
