He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Howell (Chastain); his wife Diane Howell (Slayton); his children, David Howell (Joshua Howell Stanley), JD Stutts (Lisa), Matthew Howell, Joshua Wilfong, Timothy Howell, Shannon Howell and Dominick Howell; and his siblings, Laura Howell, Ralinda Hudson (Kyle), Jimmy Howell and Lonnie Howell. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
