She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Cannady and Frances Cannady (Talley); her son Ricky Dale; her husband Ned; and her sisters, Karen Cannady and Kay Wiederholt.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Bethell (Jo) of Melvern, KS; her granddaughters, Kimberly Bethell-Kasney (Larry) of Williamsburg, KS, Emily Bethell of Ottawa, KS, Haylea Bethell of Melvern, KS and Kristi Godinez of Lebanon, MO; her great grandchildren, Tristan, Hunter and Alexander; her siblings, Jim Cannady (Beverly) of Princeton, KS, Tom Cannady (Debbie) of Ottawa, KS, Mary Ann Zielsdorf (Marvin) of Topeka, KS and Arlene Coon (Gary) of Emporia, KS; and also, Jeff and Ricky Dale. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
