He is survived by: his wife Pennie E. Springer; his sons, James Westfall of Texas, Robert Westfall of Williamsburg, Sonny Westfall of Tulsa and Ronnie Howell (Diane) of Williamsburg; his grandson Christopher Westfall (Christine) of Wichita Falls; and his siblings, Elaine Vowell (Glen) of Lawton, Ronnie Gunn of Lawton and Robert McGinnis of Irving. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
