He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale M. Weber and Esther C. Weber (Demoret); and his brothers, Howard Weber and Joe Weber. He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Charles Melvin Weber, Jr. (Valorie) of Box Elder, Mary Strickell (Earl) of Osawatomie, John Weber of Homewood and Ricky Weber (Connie) of Richmond, Kansas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.
