He is survived by: his sons, Hayden Downum, Michael Lee (Hale) and Mathew Scott Hale; his mother Melissa Harder of Wichita; his grandfather Paul Harder of Salina, KS; and his siblings, Justin Paul Vernon Harder of Newton, KS and Jordan Nicole Harder of Salina, KS.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
