He was predeceased by: his parents, John Taylor, Sr. and Verna; and his brothers, John Taylor, Jr. and James. He is survived by: his wife Haidee; his children, Carmen Oropesa (Matthew) and Ian DePriest; his grandson Cristiano Morris; his great grandchild Nadine Morris; and his siblings, Ronald (Vann), Connie Thomas, Joyce Penrod, Alta Jones and June DePriest. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (1020 N 2nd Ave, Mulvane, KS 67110).
