She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Finnerty. She is survived by: her children, Tim (Bob Adams) of Wichita, Kevin (Ida) of Jacksonville, FL, Brian (Nancy) of Stilwell, KS, Monessa Cummins (Joseph) of Grinnell, IA and Doretta Watson (Brent) of Olathe, KS; and her grandchildren, Michael Finnerty (Moniqué), Kaitlin Finnerty, Shawn Finnerty, Fiona Smith (Tyler), Will Cummins, John Cummins (Elissa), Zachary Watson, Tyler Watson, Megan Gustafson (Andy) and Amy Foster (Brian). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (1321 N Stratford St, Wichita, KS 67206). A Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery (2200 Rd 95, Hartford, KS 66854).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Thomas Aquinas Church.
