She was predeceased by: her parents, Ephraim O. Sisemore and Estelle V. Sisemore (Townsend); her husbands, Wesley L. Phillips and George F. DeLisse; her daughter Diana Collins; and her sister Thelma Ledford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Rappard of Wichita, Paula DeLisse of Wichita and Donna Hansen of Clarkston, Washington. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
