He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alfred and Alda Florence Easley Wright; and his son Bill Wright. He is survived by: his wife Sharlene L. Wright of Wichita; his daughter Amy (Jeff Arnhold); his brother Alan (Donna Wright); his daughter-in-law Annette Wright of Garden City; and his grandchildren, Zachary W. Arnhold of Wichita, Reagan Wright (Bruce Mininger), Blake (Kayla Thackery), Brendon (Hillary Thackery) and Brett (Brooke Thackery). He is also survived by Twelve Great Grandchildren, and numerous Nieces & Nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hillside Christian Church (8330 E Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS 67206). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Scott County Cemetery (1330 S Kansas Rd, Scott City, KS 67871).
