Susan Kay (Ast) Rhodes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2025, at the age of 72, Susan Kay (Ast) Rhodes of Wichita, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Ast and Barbara Ast (Sharp) of Haven, Kansas.; her husband Darryl; and her nephew Jason. She is survived by: her children, Amy Walenta (Jeff) of Wichita and Jared Rhodes (Michele) of Sandy, UT; her grandchildren, Natalie, Julia and Archer; and her siblings, Pattie George (Gary), Diana Curfman, Vickie Bell, Karen McGill, Steve Ast (Debbie) and Mike Ast (Barbara).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Downing & Lahey West Mortuary (10515 W Maple St, Wichita, KS 67209). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (1640 N Maize Rd, Wichita, KS 67212).
