She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Workman and Alleta Workman (Helmick); her son Walter Rollins III; her brother Richard Workman; her parents-in-law, Alfred and Dorothy Cook; her stepdaughter Sheree J. Chestnut; her stepgranddaughter Tristan Baker; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Ramona Chestnut.
She is survived by: her daughter Kristy Lynn Rollins (Albert) of Laredo, Texas.; her husband Larry Cook of Wichita, Kansas; her sister Brenda of Georgia; her stepchildren, Sindi Baker (Joe Miller) of Glasgow, Lacey Cook of Wichita, Kansas, Shad Cook (Bonnie) of Gove, Kansas, Shawn Cook of Gove, Kansas, Shaylon Cook (Cassie) of Glasgow, Montana and Joshua Cook (Gabriela Gonzalez) of Wichita, Kansas.; her grandson Trey Mendoza; and her brother-in-law Wayne Cook (Mary). She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
