He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Plopper and Beatrice Plopper. He is survived by: his wife Arlene K. Plopper; his children, Kristin Velasco (David) and Kevin Plopper; and his sisters, Janice Kramer and Connie Stille. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
