He was predeceased by: his brothers, Rolando Garcia and Ruben Garcia; and his father Oscar. He is survived by: his mother Ernestina Garcia; his sons, Rodolfo "Rudy" O. Garcia II (Megan), Jose Garcia (Lauren Lies) and Malachi Garcia; his grandchildren, Kailena, Rodolfo III, Penelope, Rafael, Braylon and Beckham; and his brothers, Raul Garcia (Michelle) and Roberto Garcia (Tonia).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Downing & Lahey West Mortuary (10515 W Maple St, Wichita, KS 67209). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Central Community Church (6100 W Maple St, Wichita, KS 67209).
