He was predeceased by: his nephew Colby Self; and his niece Katie Keys. He is survived by: his parents, Eldon Self and Marlene Self of Wichita; his wife Trisha Self (Haderlein); his daughters, Danielle Gratton (Matt) and Ali Lawson (Tommy); his grandson Henry Gratton; his siblings, Mitch Self (Kathy) and David Self; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Haderlein and Barbara Keys (Tom).
