Hoppe and Susan Hoppe; his caregivers, Edie Briley and Gloria Briley; his aunt Janna Hoppe of Wichita, KS.; his uncles, Bruce Johnston (Terry) of Plano, TX, Mark Johnston (Kathy) of Concordia, KS, Jerry Johnston (Terry) and Bryce Johnston (Tracey) of Victorville, CA; and his grandparents, Myrle, Thelma Hoppe, Dean and Marilyn Johnston.
