He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Christy McKee of Overland Park, Sheri McCoy (Kenneth) of Wichita, Kenneth Putnam (Joan) of Olathe and Dr. Anthony Putnam (Cecelia) of Scottsdale; his grandchildren, Grace, Olivia McKee, Abby, Andrew, Aidan, Aaron McCoy, Julia, Dani, Jake Putnam, Marcos and Mateo Putnam; and his siblings, John Putnam (Marcie) of Dodge City and Franki Alton (Kent) of Harper.
