She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Nelson and Clara Nelson (Newberry); and her husband Verlin T. Rhine. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Vance, Jean Ellen, Thomas Verlin and Douglas Ray. She is also survived by her four children; 7 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
