He was predeceased by: his father Albert Starbuck. He is survived by: his mother Georgia Partsaculaki; his sons, Christian Starbuck and Julian Starbuck; his brother Carl; and his sister-in-law Joni Starbuck.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cozine Life Events Center (11500 E 21st St N, Wichita, KS 67206).
