Mike E. Lemon Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mike E. Lemon (Wichita, Kansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 2, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Mike departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mike may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mike leaves behind.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gwen Cole (Kenneth) and John Lemon; his close friends, Paula Lemon, Tim King and Jeff Herrman; and his children, Emma (Tara), Jeff (Angie), Lisa (JR), Sara and Kenny. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Linwood Recreation Center (1901 S Kansas St, Wichita, KS 67211).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Friendship Group AA at 1810 West 26th Street North, Wichita, KS 67204.
