He is survived by: his wife Shirley Brundage; his children, Kurt Brundage (Nicole) and Jennifer Polite (Kenny); his stepdaughter Crystle Mattke (Tony); his grandchildren, Kaylyn, Parker, Reno, Austin (Danielle) and Tyler; and his great grandchild Kalvin.
