He was predeceased by: his parents, Angel I DeJesus and Carmen DeJesus; the mother of his children Shirley; his children, Michael, Rachael and Erika; and his grandson Anthony.
He is survived by: his wife Phylis; his daughters, Beckie Norwood (James) of Browerville and Angie (Steve Davis) of Collinsville, Oklahoma.; and his friends, Keith, Karen Steffen, Edward and Dawn Chamberlin of Goshen, Indiana.. He is also survived by 4 brothers and 1 sister along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
