She was predeceased by: her husband Gene; her siblings, Erdmute Ganslosser and Hardwig Brï; and her grandson Andrew Rauseo. She is survived by: her sister Helene Ingeborg Jarchow; her children, Monica Craven (Larry) of Arlington, VA, Brigette Newberry (Larry Roussell) of Richmond, VA, Rainer Newberry (Laurel Burns) of Fairbanks, AK, Stefanie Gordon (Peter) of Pittsburgh, PA and Doris Jasperson (David) of Rice Lake, WI; her great grandchildren, Kristin Bolster (Evan), Jack, Kate, Karin Craven, Aaron Roussell, Nicole Roussell, Martin Newberry, Emily Burns, Rochel Bluma Rabinowitz (Aaron), Chaim, Meir, Yisrael, Shmuel Gordon, Devorah Leah Gordon, Schneur Zalman Gordon and Abigail Huntington; her son Eli Jasperson; and also Luke Jasperson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the St. Charles Haiti Committee, which funds the operation of elementary schools in the rural community of Cavaillon.
