Lucille B. Sheahan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lucille B. Sheahan (Wichita, Kansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 21, 2025 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lucille B. Sheahan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Dick and Anna Dick (Depenbusch); her husband James Sheahan (Jimmie); and her siblings, Lawrence, Alfred, Leonard, Henry, Angeline Ingram, Sylvester, Paul, Martin, Danny and Doreen Reida.
She is survived by: her daughters, Roberta Sheahan (Robert Carlson) and Jovita Mies (Larry); her grandchildren, Michelle Vint, Brian Mies and Anissa Gooch (Robert); her great grandchildren, J. T., Cannon Mies, Lauren Whiteside (David) and Gabriel Gooch; and her brother-in-law David Reida. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary (201 S Hydraulic Ave, Wichita, KS 67211). A rosary will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (258 N Ohio Ave, Wichita, KS 67214). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial donations to be made out to The Lord's Dinner located at 520 N Broadway St., Wichita, KS 67214, OR 2825 S. Hillside St., Wichita, KS 67216.
