She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelse Shaver and Dortha Shaver; and her brothers, Denny and Kenneth Earl. She is survived by: her husband Larry Bontrager; her daughters, Lori Fisher (Matt) and Lisa Meyer (David); her grandmother Nicole Ressel (Martin); her grandchildren, Caleb Fisher (Lauren), Abigail Fisher, Kaylee Meyer, Evan Meyer, Noah Ressel, Frieda Ressel and Emily Meigs (Jacob); her great grandchild Jake Meigs; and her brothers, Ralph Shaver and Brad Shaver.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Central Community Church (6100 W Maple St, Wichita, KS 67209). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been set up for Senior Central Ministry at Central Community Church in Linda's honor.
