He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Carlson and Esther Carlson; his sisters, Marilyn Reinhardt, Lorraine Moerer and Laverne Dickman; his son David; and his former wife Maureen Palmer of Lindsborg.
He is survived by: his wife Angeline Elliott; his children, Barbara of Wichita and Doug Carlson (Linda) of Perkins, OK; and his grandchildren, Greg Owen of McAlester, OK and Lisa Owen of Perkins, OK.. He is also survived by 5 step children.
