She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Tim Nevergall, Carolyn Mote and James Cummings; her great-grandparent Pat Cotton; and her uncles, Lonnie Abbott and Barrie Cotton.

She is survived by: her parents, Terry Cummings and Crystal Botteron; her siblings, Skylar Botteron (Tyler Holloway), Briana Botteron, Damien Mote and Jackson Dewitt; her nieces and nephews, Rylan Holloway, Aliyah Holloway, Delaney Holloway and Hayden Mounce; her grandmother Pam Nevergall; and her great-grandparent Darrell Cotton.
