She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Anthem. She is survived by: her sons, Trevor, Nicholas and Nathan; her grandson Nylan; her mother Barb; her brother Jason (Kirsten); her nephew Shane; and her niece Zoey. She is also survived by numerous other cousins, extended relatives, and friends.
