He was predeceased by: his parents, David Gamble and Erma Gamble. He is survived by: his wife Marguerite Gamble; his daughter April Dunlavy (James); his grandchildren, Kennedy and Keaton Dunlavy; his brother Kim Gamble (Cindy); and his niece Kimberly White (Jeremy).

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established with Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67219.
