She was predeceased by: her father Jack D. Chism, Jr.; and her grandparents, Burt, Geneva Morley, Jack and Guelda Chism, Sr..
She is survived by: her mother Gwenn Morley Chism; and her sisters, Laura Long (Michael) and Jennifer Graham (Joe). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and the many residents and caregivers.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Cozine Life Events Center (11500 E 21st St N, Wichita, KS 67206).
