He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Francel Sr. and Dorothy Francel (Tolley); his son Joseph P. Francel III; his sister Betty Graham; and his wife Sandee Francel.
He is survived by: his daughter Karin D. Francel. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lakeview Funeral Home (12100 E 13th St N, Wichita, KS 67206).
