We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2018, at the age of 92, Joe James Gucene (Wichita, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Mae Gucene; and his siblings, John, Frank, Ernest Gucene, Cleo Reid, Lena Utter, Carolyn Whitney and Mary McKinney.

He is survived by: his children, Brad Gucene and Carol Rhodes; his sister Rosella Linder; his grandchildren, Beth Bong and Lisa Watson (Steve); and his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Juliah and Blake Watson.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
