With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Ladele Smith of Wichita, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Roe and Vesta Roe; her brother Bill; and her great grandchild Chandler. She is survived by: her children, Vicky Smith, Mike Smith and Lisa Wilt; her grandchildren, Holly Graves (Cody), Linsey Friesen (Elizabeth), Lauren Thornhill (Zach), Lana Ladd, Ashley Smith and Jerod Smith; her great grandchildren, Dharma, Delilah Ladd, Kyndel, Dalton, Gatlin, Beckett, Ledger, Palmer Graves, Avett, Sunny, Golden, Wynona, Laila and Tyden Ruehlen; and also Ron Wilt.
