He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Frank and Patricia Frank. He is survived by: his brother Greg (Tammy). He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews, 16 great nieces and nephews, 3 great-great nieces and nephews and his Wichita family of close friends.
