He is survived by: his mother Naomi Payne; his siblings, Allen Payne (Rose) and Kimberly Payne; his niece Laura Selland (Jared); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sawyer, Scout and Stoney; his nieces, Sarah and Hannah Payne; his nephew Josh Foster; and his great-nieces, Abigail and Chloe Wantland.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Resthaven Gardens of Memory (11800 US-54, Wichita, KS 67209).
