It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James D. Simons (Wichita, Kansas), born in Garden City, Kansas, who passed away on March 10, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis B. Simons and Ida Simons (Wewer); his wife Lillian N. Boulware; his brother Robert Simons; and his stepson J. W. Webster.
He is survived by: his children, Curtis Simons of Emporia, Randy Simons of Allen, Debra Aldridge of McAlester, Wayne Simons of McAllister and Shawn Simons of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.; his stepchildren, Kerri Chavez of New Mexico, Lance Webster of Scott City and Lesha Webster of Stafford, Kansas.; and his siblings, Ron Simons of Stockton, Donald Simons of Hays, John Simons of Marienthal and Geraldine Mazanec of Marienthal, Kansas.. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren Four great grandchildren and ten step grandchildren.
