He was predeceased by: his father Earl Thurston Brock; and his sisters, Teresa Brock and Rose Chastain. He is survived by: his spouse Jan Brock; his daughters, Jessica Brock of South Bend, IN and Kristin Smith (Thomas) of Fort Lupton, CO; his grandchildren, Hunter Smith, Ryann Smith and Baby Smith; his mother Peggy Jo Ballew; and his siblings, Mike Brock, Mark Brock, Jennifer Brock and Richard Brock.
