He was predeceased by: his daughter Anita Skelton-Maggart. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Hendrickson; and his daughters, Carol Hendrickson and Eva Kaufman (Marc). He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and spouses, 15 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great- grandchildren.
