He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Ann Houdashelt; his stepson Steven Bradbury; his sister Beverly; and his parents, Cecil Houdashelt and Margaret Houdashelt.
He is survived by: his sons, Andrew "Andy" Houdashelt (Kim) of Tulsa, OK and Aaron Houdashelt (Christina) of Kansas City, MO; and his grandchildren, Brady Houdashelt (Daniel), Chase Houdashelt (Kaycie), Drake Houdashelt (Sarah), Elaine Williams (Ryan), Taylor Stutes, Kennedy Jones (Ryan) and Ian Smith. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Downing & Lahey East Mortuary (6555 E Central Ave, Wichita, KS 67206).
A memorial has been established with Folds of Honor, Department 13, Tulsa OK, 74182.
