He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lawrence and Bernetta Rosella Hoepner (Eilefson). He is survived by: his wife Linda Hoepner; his children, Jeremy Hoepner (Mitra) and Ryan Hoepner (Sara); his grandchildren, Jacob Hoepner (Hannah), Lexi Hoepner, Lawrence Hoepner and Jackson Rocha; and his siblings, Dean Hoepner, Scott Hoepner (Dee), Julie Porter (Marlo) and Jeff Hoepner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions can be made in Gary's honor to Reformation Lutheran Church.
