With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Forrest Lane Cotten (Wichita, Kansas), born in Hutchinson, Kansas, who passed away on October 31, 2024 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Forrest Lane Cotten to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mohler Cotten and Doris Cotten (Cotton); and his brother George Cotten. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cheshier; his children, Brandy Cleaton (Kelly), Chris Cotten (Stephanie) and Amanda Kennedy (Kevin); his siblings, Patricia Alley, Larry Cotten and Rick Cotten; and his grandchildren, Rylee, Aubree, Rhiannon, Emily, Chase, Kirra, Elena, Reagan and Arya.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Resthaven Mortuary (11800 US-54, Wichita, KS 67209). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with: Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 South Market Street, Wichita, Kansas 67202.
