He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse "AC" Lies and Marie Lies; his siblings, Bill Lies (Pat) and Kathleen Brand (Maurice); and his brother-in-law Gary Evans (Elaine).
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Lies; his children, Michelle Massey (Michael) and Kirk Lies; his grandchildren, Taylor, Matthew (Itzel), Addison, Mason, Macadam and Kylie; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Araceli and Matteo; his siblings, Bob (Marilyn), Virginia (Jerry), Dennis (Carol) and Fred; and his brother-in-law Keith Evans (Judy).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cozine Life Events Center (11500 E 21st St N, Wichita, KS 67206). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 8:00 PM.
