Edward Rodney Lahmann Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Rodney Lahmann (Wichita, Kansas), who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lahmann and Opal Lahmann; his siblings, Buster, Teddy, Jimmy, Marlene and Janice; and his wife Patricia Perry.
He is survived by: his children, Eddy Lahmann (Barbara), Sherry Spears (David), Joe Lahmann (Rosanne) and Brenda Wilhite (Scott); and his sister Glenda Roscoe. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Downing & Lahey East Mortuary (6555 E Central Ave, Wichita, KS 67206). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
