He is survived by: his siblings, Arlo Culp of Warren, OH, Eric Culp of Bremerton, WA and Roshell Ellis (David) of Warren, OH; and his close friend Deborah "Debe" Cates of Bremerton, WA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
