With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Ray Horner of Wichita, Kansas, born in Vici, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 13, 2022 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest E. Horner and Ruby Hindman Horner; his spouse Shirley Steves Horner; his stepson Steve; his son-in-law John Proctor; and his brothers, Eldon "Uncle Buck", John and Merle Horner.

He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Proctor of Halfmoon; his stepson Stan Barrett; his sisters, Geraldine Witzk and Caroline "Kay" Horner; and his grandchildren, Shawn Eggleston (Jeremy), Leeann Proctor, Kendall, Natalee and Trevor Eggleston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
