He is survived by: his wife Janice Urban; his children, Jess Urban (Megan) of Marysville, KS and Leslie Rathert (Adam) of Nortonville, KS; his grandchildren, Beau, Micaiah, Briggs, Boston, Wrigley Urban, Jannel and Avery Rathert; and his siblings, Mary Ann Severin (Steven) of Derby, KS, Carol Bliss (Roy) of Wichita, KS and James Urban (Patricia) of Salina, KS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
