He was predeceased by: his aunts, Betty and Sylvia; his uncle Bill; and his father Fletcher G. Bennett, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Harmon (Larry) and Shawn Bennett (Sheryl); his wife Suzanne Michelle Bennett; his son Derek Bennett (Sarah); his stepsons, Jeff Cole and Jeffrey Heeter; and his son Jimmy Robinson. He is also survived by many nieces/nephews/cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immanuel Baptist Church (1415 S Topeka St, Wichita, KS 67211). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Kansas Veteran's Cemetery (1208 N College St, Winfield, KS 67156).
