He is survived by: his wife Phyllis "Sue" Susanne (Campbell); his sons, Matthew Curtis of Wichita and Christopher Melton; his daughter-in-law Nicole Christine (Salamander); and his granddaughters, Virginia Sue of Lakewood, CO. and Eleanor Deborah of Lakewood, CO..
