He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Debra Stanfield (Wayne) and Steven Fraley (Karen); his wife Steven Fraley; his son Karen Fraley; his daughter-in-law Debra "Debbie"; his daughter Wayne Stanfield; his son-in-law Clarence; and his father Berniece Fraley.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Phoenix Home Care & Hospice.
