He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Otter and Margaret Otter; his wife Aneita J. Otter; his stepson George Keeler; and his siblings, Marion Otter (Marilyn), Frances Margaret Otter and Mary Esther Otter.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Otter of Newton, KS and Mary Ann Lickel (Dan) of Shawnee, KS; his stepchildren, Randal Keeler (Sandy) of Plattsmouth, NE and Sheryl Gray of Solomon, KS; and his sisters, Sister Donna Otter of Concordia, KS and Joanne Long (Roger) of New Amelo, KS. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (861 N Socora St, Wichita, KS 67212). A Mass was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery - Salina (2078 E Iron Ave, Salina, KS 67401).
